SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

 We work with a number of couriers to provide this service including An Post, Fastway Couriers, DPD, TNT amongst others. If you choose this method of delivery, the following charges apply to this service:

ROI

  • Spend €0 - €99.99 – a charge of €7.95 up to 20kg will apply 

  • Spend €100 - 200  - a charge of €14.95 

  • Spend €200 - 400  - a charge of €2 4.95 

  • Spend €400 - 800  - a charge of €49.95 

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day or 3-5 working days for personalised items. Our courier usually takes 1-5 working days to deliver your package.    Please refer to our Terms & Conditions Policy for further details.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are happy to accept items as returns when purchased in-store within 14 days of purchase date provided the returned goods are in a saleable condition, in their original packaging and have not been used or damaged. Certain items such as rugs, mirrors, accessories and pictures must be returned within 48 hours. Made to measure or bespoke items may be returned in exceptional circumstances (please see below). Should we accept your returned item we will issue you with a credit note. Please note we do not offer cash refunds.
